Please contact the studio (you’ll need your Tracking ID for reference) if you need to return or exchange any items in your order. You may return or exchange your order up to fourteen (14) days after you have received it. Please make sure to retain all shipping and packing materials and use them to return the items securely back to my studio.

Terms:

All items must be in original condition in order to be returned for refund or exchange. Any paperwork included in the sale will also need to be returned either with the item or under separate cover, whichever is most convenient to you. Once all items are received the exchange is shipped out or a refund of the invoice is issued minus the cost of shipping.
