Please contact the studio to cancel your order. You can cancel any order for a full refund prior to shipping. Shipping charges apply for all orders canceled after the order has been placed with a delivery carrier. If the order has already been placed with a delivery carrier, then an exchange or  return can be requested for the order instead. Please have your Tracking ID available for reference.
