Its spring now and the fields are bare. By summertime, I don’t think I’ll be able to see the house from here. Boy, look at those fields: how flat they are and how far they run. I’m standing in the middle, there’s a whole other field waiting to grow behind me. This is a dedicated working farm, located off Highway 94 in Defiance, Missouri.
