Author's Description:

Kneeling down in the tall grass, I can follow the fence line along the side-yard leading out back to the big tree just beginning now to grow its leaves; and still looking, I can see out across the pasture to another line of fence that’s holding back all those trees from cutting in on a beautiful, warm, spring day in Missouri.
